Problem w/ the theory of Republicans cutting into the Dem majority is that the deadbeats all get a vote - and, those lazy folk are lovin' JoJo's sweepstakes giveaway. As long as they can stay on the couch playing video games and watchin' NetFlix, they'll be motorvated to head out and vote Blue-Blue.
