How many licensed trainers in good standing were denied racing for those state generated welfare funds? 60 mil a year, how long is that contract for again? How's the new casino coming along?

Oh I did? I haven't trained since 2022. Haven't raced at YR since 1993? Who's been drinking? ngc3
