Title: August 6, 2026 Monticello Raceway
Post by: MIKE CAMPBELL on August 11, 2026, 02:01:31 PM
Lets all give a big shout out to two of the biggest dirtbags to ever hold a USTA license. That would be Tom Millici and Ken Koch who had two cripples that shouldn't have been racing break down at Monticello on the same day. They should have their licenses suspended forever. For sure, Vinovia was put down and who knows if Heart on my Sleeve is still breathing.

Thats really effed up, even for harness racing....
What recourse does the state or USTA have?
Or track could refuse their entries maybe?
Or is it "bad luck" and just shrug shoulders?

Tommy been a real bad egg for decades at Monti and Yonkers. I believe Koch was tossed out of Northfield
