Title: Time for McClure to go

I don't think Beau improved as much as they would have liked from 2yo and there is no way he makes his next planned start

Shalom Hanover set a track record at Pocono beating AMAC and Atomix Hanover who ran a good second. Atomix is going to make plenty of $$$ if they look after him but Shalom Hanover won pretty easy and is now 3-3

Same boat. He was handed a rail trip. Terrible, terrible drive, and I was also willing to give him the benefit of the doubt until now.

Post by: Anakin on August 03, 2026, 05:13:13 PM: I agree it was a terrible drive, but the horse was parked to a 52 3/5 half and then stopped. Any horse would stop off that trip. If he is ok physically, would think they will regroup and race in a few weeks at Mohawk. Probably with a new driver and just look to race off a helmet.
