Horse 2 pick 3 $272.00 pick 4 $857.00 horse 5 pick 3 $33.00 pick 4 $116.00 why do you get robbed out of over $700 just in the pick 4 ticket if you have the 2 horse on your ticket?

Most states would have separate payoffs if there's a dead heat in the final leg, apparently in Ohio the payoffs are identical regardless of the horse's share of the pool, which is a ripoff. Years ago, at some tracks, when 2 horses dead heated for 3rd, the trifecta prices were the same even though the odds were way different, which also was ripoff.
