How does Brett Holland drive exclusively at Yonkers in NY but the USTA says his residence is in Frisco Texas? No pari-mutuel  harness racing in Texas. What gives? Probably lives in a blue gummer area of NY.

Owns a house there?  No state income tax!  Just like Florida!
