I’m thinking he may be building a new facility either here or Kentucky. Doubt he’s retiring that barns been growing every year.

Priced at $6.5 million it’s going to be a hard sell if they truly want that number. Could just be getting appraised for equity loans. Lots that could be happening, only time will tell.
