If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. When a human being is suffering what does horses have to do with anything and unlike you he was truthful in evaluating himself. I am learning that. Larry is in pain and what he has done in the past he has come to terms with like a man. Michael and some of his lowlife friends couldn't care less that Larry is a human being with a family I find this repulsive. In all the years in the horse businesses I cannot believe there are people like this that take great pleasure in another man's pain.

I have no sympathy for anyone who has drugged horses in harness racing, fixed races, or profited from corruption, cruelty, or deception. I have no sympathy for those who have caused others to struggle, suffer, or be harmed in order to advance themselves or protect an abusive system.
When individuals who have engaged in these acts later face personal struggles or health issues, it does not change who they are, what they have done, or how I feel. Illness, hardship, or adversity does not erase abuse, corruption, or the damage inflicted on innocent animals and people. Accountability is not suspended because someone is suffering—it remains necessary.
Horses are living beings, not tools for exploitation. Those who chose greed and cruelty over integrity forfeited any claim to my compassion long ago. My concern is, and will always be, for the horses and for the honest individuals harmed by those actions—not for the people who caused that harm.
