Saw him early and then he disappeared. Any true facts on the actual price paid. Hard to believe they paid them the full $750,000 after the EPO positve.

He last raced at YR in the MGM. I think he finished second to last (Captain Albano won the race). Not 100% this year, tough season for him. I think one of his only wins this year (maybe he had 2 or 3) was this summer in an overnight race at Philly. As far as what they paid, what they got back, etc., I'll leave that to the rumor and gossip whores. LOL.

we have a poster here named Laag, who absolutely loves the horse
I am sure he can list all the achievements for FB in 2025
well apparently most here wrote off Funtime but he finished a fast closing 3rd in the Haughton so yeah he can get his share with the aged ranks.
the hate against Funtime here is over the top. He went first over into tough fractions and if he didnt he would have been stuck behind a tiring horse. Still timed in 49.2. He will win his share this year. No he isnt as good as Nijinsky but he never really was.
lol at the haters
Funtime will fit in just fine in the Graduate Series especially with Captain Albano not exactly hitting his stride in the qualifiers and Mirage Hanover MIA after his disastrous qualifier.
Probably some prep races at Big M where a condition is written for him in highest condition level they fill and then Graduate series awaits in about 6 weeks. Plenty of time to see if he can handle racing every week
Obviously he already proved naysayers here wrong with a strong qualifier sub 151. Not sure what people want from him. He was not the top 3 year old last year. He can be competitive with 4 year olds so he deserves a shot at that before written off
