Said nothing about an appeal process so assuming this is a done deal? A punishment that big on a jockey so prolific will reverberate around the whole industry and be on the minds of all the participants i.e. Jockey's, Trainers...while doing their job. Big example set there.
If Paco is not set for life financially would be a shocker to of squandered that much money.

Paco is a excellent jockey
he does seem to have anger issues and flaunts the crop rules set by HISA-but i will take him over 90% of the jockeys currently riding in North America

I agree...
I've followed him from an apprentice down here on the SOFL circuit, super talent. Very competitive and lots of scrutiny suspensions then.
Can be aggressive.
Spoke to his agent about giving up on horses multiple times before the wire costing the horse a placing.
All over the place with this dude.
His career is in big trouble and we need change all over the damn place.

Paco is in my "Top 10". Sorry to hear the news.

He is a great jockey, but he must not be the sharpest tool in the shed. He should of known he'd be under the microscope from his prior incident.

He appealed
