I believe it is required that you are banded and/or have at least a few positives/beards to be allowed to race at Pocono

no clean records allowed

Oh I know. I'm referring to the people who do the work to put on the show, the grooms and some decent trainers. We all know what two or more people together who are quiet means.

Different calming aids have been around forever. None of them work on the horse just work on the trainer thinking they are working on the horse.
