Brandstatter had a horse drop dead last weekend I guess In the paddock after a race or qualifier.

On another note my buddy in Maine told me last night a bunch of positives in Maine so far? Any ideas who?

Would like to see some of the super trainers go a rated mile or assemble a harness

Believe me, Butterfield is no different than the superstar Board Members. They know how to play the game in Maine. Go to the Ridge, different story. Bull crap racing politics and the horses and honest people suffer. Oh wait, there are very few honest ones left in Maine.

some of the Sire stakes races with these 1/9 shots--taking $2.20 to place--its actually worth a shot a few times a year of you dont mind laying 10/1...my ADW has been allowing me to do it a few hundred without me getting a phone call
