Title: Supplements to Breeders' Crown

Costs 12% of the purse, which means even if a horse finishes 3rd in the final he/she will not make back that check.  3rd. place in the Breeders' Crown final gets 10.8%.  If you add shipping, paddock, detention etc. the 3rd place check can still lose $10-$12,000.
