Harness Racing / Re: Hoosier Race Secretary fuckhead Scott peine

Ok I was trying to avoid doing this but I will now prove my case with cold hard facts and evidence. Most of the Hoosier Park horseman know and understand my story when I was employed by the IHRC. Moving forward, one of the biggest issues that I had was the way I was told to selectively enforce the rules to some, but not all. I'm sorry, but I told them point blank, you have the wrong guy for this job. I was given orders to investigate any complaints that came from horseman to management and everything in between. It seemed like I would spend much of my time gathering information, only to be told drop that case and start on something else. (I soon figured out that my investigation and evidence would most likely end up with some sort of conviction or suspension/fine). I don't know how many people on horseplop have done this type of work, but it becomes very frustrating when the fruits of your labor get thrown out the window because of WHO the person is. That sums up Hoosier Park management and the IHRC. If you doubt me on this, I invite you to speak with our old steward Dave Magee who is now at Oak Grove in Kentucky.

Now I will make my case about why Scott should be removed as race secretary at Hoosier. Here is direct verbiage from the Hoosier Park condition sheet from the desk of Peine.
STARTING WITH THE QUALIFIERON 3/13/24, HORSES QUALIFYING AT HHP MUST MAKE THEIR NEXT START AT HHP. EXCEWPTIONS ARE BELOW

1. Horse is enteredin a "paid in" event at another track
    2. Horse is entered at HHP and did not get in (if you feel an exception is warranted, please contact racing office to discuss)
(Violators of this rule are subject to lose the ability to enter qualifiers)

I draw you attention to this past Wednesday, May 15th's 7th qualifying race. The third place finisher was a horse named Fox Valley Durham. At the time of the entry, the trainer of record is Erv Miller. That very same afternoon, the horse was entered and into race on May 21st in the 8th race at Oak Grove in Kentucky.

* this horse was NEVER entered at HHP and matter of factly, used HHP to qualify and violate Mr. Peine's own rule. There are other instances that I will cite upon request that involve Tyler George as well. And this is EXACTLY why I cannot work for the IHRC and/or HHP. If another trainer who only had ten horses violated this rule, Peine would throw the book at them. You can now see how the rules only apply to smaller stables. Again folks, I do not have a dog in this fight, but this type of unethical and unfair treatment of individuals was the reason why I was terminated from the IHRC and thus, my calling that Mr. Peine submit his resignation or face termination for violating his own written rule.*

Mrpick5 everything you said is true. Schnittker paid a lot of drivers to stay out of the way.
I forgot to also mention. LaChance was brutal at the Meadowlands in the cheap overnight races when his nephew Luc Toilet was in the race. So many times he drove to get his nephew home. But Ray paying off drivers in the Yonkers paddock was classic. George Anthony robbed a race one night at Yonkers. And left his bag of like $20,000 cash on top of a harness bag. He calls my trainer up and asks. Where’s my cut of the race we did business on? My trainer says. I left it on top of your harness bag in your barn next  to the feed buckets. Anthony says hold on. A minute later he says. Ok I found it. It was crazy back then. Even Yannick when he first came to Yonkers. Omg. The lineup numbers they would bet were nuts.

For all you lefty's here, Biden inherited from Trump an inflation rate of 1.9%. Inflation is now at 18%. This is not my opinion, this is factual. Look it up.

You guys have gone too far. Mr. Peine is arguably the best race secretary in all of harness racing. If I was him I would sue every single one of you guys. This bullshit has to stop. Mr. Piene has done more for harness racing in Indiana than anyone my family and I have ever known. Do any of you know how foolish you guys really talk? We just had the breeders crown last year. Guess who played a big part in bringing those races to Indiana? You guessed it. So shut the fuck up about Scott and if any of you have balls come to my barn and I’ll shut your mouth for you. Leave the man alone.

You lost me at wasting money on the breeders crown is good for hoosier horsemen.  I do not know about him but any race secretary that uses trackmaster rating races should be replaced.
