What a bunch of bullshit.
Let's hear what YOU get in rebates from PTC. ANY of you.
By the way, learn the name Brian Sodi. He's the confessed felon partner in your ADW.
Good luck all you pigeons.

It doesn't matter as it looks like you can't even bet on the site if you reside in any of the states below ; which I have a feeling is a majority of horseplop members.
Our wagering service is available to individuals 18 years of age and older that reside in an eligible state. Residents of Canada or the following states are currently ineligible to sign up for our service: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington. Some otherwise eligible residents will be excluded from playing certain tracks. These are not our rules, but the rules of the state in which you reside. International residents should contact our customer service line to discuss their eligibility. These exclusions will be updated from time to time as things change. Additionally, those holding racing licenses that have direct influence over outcomes of races are ineligible (racing officials, trainers, jockeys, etc).

i live in indiana too but PTC does not offer any race programs for sale. with the amount i bet every month i get all
the programs i want for free from betamerica.com plus a decent bonus on my wagers...
i dont see any advantage to switch sites but if i didnt receive the free programs that would probably be worth trying out
they do have live video and access to replays.. best place to bet online is different for everyone i suppose...
I can still use twinspires to watch races and I can afford a $2 program lol rebates rebates rebates
-
even at 10 or 15 % rebates can add up even for a small bettor
