Obviously a rough estimate but it was figured that the Meadowlands cut from wagering was about $750,000.

I agree about the Jackpot Bet, I personally don't play jackpot bets unless there is a guaranteed payout.

Yep, they do a decent job of ripping off their daily customers with this bet. A large portion of the people wagering on the daily jackpot are unaware of the specific takeout parameters. WEG is interested in preying on these people. No congratulations from me.
