I think it's time to consider sending the horse to another trainer. He's racing well, but the owners have to be very disappointed that he hasn't won anything of significance at 3. Brittany has horses with many other trainers...

Nancy is due to lose a few horses as well. How happy can her owners be with all her 3 year old trotters? No Loosing having terrible 4 year old year as well. 0 for 8 today.
