Ruling #20020C Pursuant to an agreement between Brittany Robertson and The State Horse Racing Commission, and in consideration of the withdraw of her appeal, the Pocono Downs Judges Ruling No: 20004PD is modified as follows: The suspension date commenced on 10/09/2019 and will continue through 10/9/2020. The $10,000.00 fine must be paid prior to Ms. Robertson being allowed to return to racing at the end of her suspension. All other terms and conditions of Ruling 20004PD remain in effect. The appeal bond payment will be returned.

she was also suspended.....kil led 2 horses.....back about 10 years ago.....this horrid person is your problem and not ours....hopefully she never sets foot back in Canada......we are stuck now with Basilone and Marks...
