Pocono Today 11/05/19 Race 6 ?
« on: November 05, 2019, 06:58:28 PM »
Please be patient I am new to the game. Is the Tri Payout of $700 for a two dollar, one dollar, or 10 cent bet? All four favorites finished out of the money and the winner was a 30 to 1 shot followed by a 15/1 and 6/1. The exacta paid almost $600.  What would one have to bet on the exacta to win the $600?  If the tri cost the same as the exacta it does not make sense why there is little difference between the payouts. Could someone enlighten me on the cost of the two bets to win the payouts?

Thanks ! I get it sooner or later.   If you know, is that how all tracks report the payouts on USTA, exactas are 50 cent bet payouts. I mean to ask, is Yonkers, Meadowlands, and all others reported on USTA exactas based on 50 cent ?

The fact that every track reports every wager at a different denomination and the USTA doesn't differentiate on their charts is ridiculous...how hard can it be to state on the chart how much the wager is? Big pet-peeve of mine...
