Arty  ....  Holy fuck man, relax.   I was trying to get someone that actually saw it to describe what happened.  This is the first detailed account of him putting him down to the infield and whipping him.   Still don't care, but at least I now have an eye witness account.

Doug McNair was found to be in violation of AGCO rules 6.01 (c, d), 6.17 (d), and 6.20 (b). “Improper conduct and misconduct prejudicial to the best interests of racing. Penalty of $2,500 and a 30 day full suspension November 4th to December 3 2019. Sb 49746.
Also conditions were placed on his license from December 4th 2019 to December 3 2020. Agco rule 6.17. Sb 49747
