Post by: Sterno on April 27, 2021, 03:44:16 PM: I know you guys on here dont care for Holtzman,but really,how great is Amazon? 105 lifetime wins.Age 11 and still going strong.Go ahead and bash him,but damn.he is one hell of a horse.Working on a million two.Glad to see him not go for the lead right away thanks to Tony Hall,quarter move is fine.Just hope when his time comes they retire him and not race him into the ground.OK....bash ing time ngc3.Maybe not a stakes horse but he is pretty damn good overnighter.105 lifetime wins.........most horses dont even start that many.Who had him early in his career?

Since 2016 he's been with Holzman and has probably started and won in more Opens at Northfield than any other horse in history

Post by: Third Over on April 28, 2021, 08:53:36 AM: Luc Loyer claimed him from Adam's for 40k,then raced at Rideau a few times and couldn't go by a parked car,shipped him to Pompano,sold to Holtzman owner for 25k,Paul worked his magic and the rest is history.
