question--did Moreau throw Filion under the bus?? 
Someone is lying-can only be Moreau or Filion.
Would be no problem if Moreau admitted to it-but obviously he must not have otherwise they wouldnt come after Filion.
So if Filion actually did do it-wouldnt Moreau still get 10 years as hes the trainer?
Also if Moreau did do it--to ruin Filions career-while reigniting your own--is one scumbag act-something along Nick Suricks resume.

As a trainer, I have had two owners want to be involved in doing some vet work.
One was a farm vet(cows,sheep,swine) that wanted to come to the farm and do the (vaccinations?) on his horses only.
The other was a business man that would send me an unsealed bottle labled Equipoise to give his colts.

In my opinion Moreau is a cheat, has been for many years, and is not innocent. There is a long relationship with Filion. Richard knew what was going on and what went on in the past.
Filion was king of the questionable drives. He benefited for many years driving the loaded horses. Syl knew what Moreau was about.
My conclusion is they are both equally guilty. Shame on WEG for caving and letting Moreau back. Why is Filion going down and not Moreau? There is much more behind the scenes in my opinion.
Yves was described to be in the early stages of dementia. My surprise is that he wasn't the one thrown under the bus.

2 men charged with drugging a horse. One guy cuts a deal is back racing or soon to be . The other guy gets no consideration and will go bankrupt defending himself.
