You shouldn't be gunshy.
Just arrive at the amount you have to play with monthly and get back in.
It's like wagering, but so much more involvement, watching them train down, qualify and hopefully race.

I bought a youngster today. I always look forward to breaking the babies and watching them mature into nice racehorses. Very excited.

I was there Monday and the first few hours of Tuesday.  Gorgeous weather there and then had to fly home into the 'sunami' of rain and flooding.

Harrisburg is a great cultural experience as you see people from all walks of life sharing a common bond/interest.

It's fun to walk around, look at horses and chat with people associated with them.

You also stumble across people you've met in the past and say a quick hello before going on with your respective business. 


What would have Haughton, Dancer, Delvin Miller et al think with people walking around with tablets and other electronic devices doing their homework at the sale?

I was hoping that maybe me, JT and a few of the other guys meet next year in Ohio. Maybe we can form a partnership and pick up a couple.
