Lunch with Lisa Giannelli at Cosimo’s
« on: Today at 04:18:19 PM »
Well this was a blast from the past!  I got a call last week from Lisa,,, she showed up at the farm today as planed,,, we had lunch at Cosimos in Middletown.

This fine lady paid her dues that's for sure she's a wealth of information and welcome in my barn anytime. I'm not going to go to detail,, her participation at interest in harness racing is invigorating to say the least.  Most of you probably never heard of Lisa she has been a major contributor to harness racing and a mentor of mine,,, a very smart woman.

Welcome back Lisa!

If she was your mentor she failed miserably, then again, she didn't have much to worth with.

How many fields have you bottomed out at Yonkers?

Let’s see Pacer2 tell us she approves of your “friend”.

Lisa Giannelli, 56, was sentenced in September 2022 to 42 months (3½ years) in federal prison for her role in a nearly 20‑year scheme to sell illegal “untestable” performance‑enhancing drugs (PEDs) to racehorse trainers across the U.S. and abroad.
