We ALL owe Calhoun an APOLOGY 😂
« on: Today at 01:47:17 PM »
With 200 or so eyes here on the day he confirmed to be on Mike's livestream after asking to come on, well he didn't, well those must be our lying eyes and video / audio that didn't capture him calling in.

Same with Goshen to confront Mike, asked to, confirmed, the live audio / video suggest otherwise.

Calhoun said he showed up to both, then we owe him 200 or so individual apologies for each event...the alternative is he's a lying coward, couldn't be that 🙄

Why do you talk about yourself in the third person Mike?

2. Can you sue to get more information?

Yes, this happens frequently with anonymous internet forums. While you cannot usually sue the site for damages, an injured party can file a "John Doe" lawsuit against the anonymous poster(s).
Once that lawsuit is filed, a judge can grant permission to issue a legal subpoena to horseplop.com, its domain registrar, or its web hosting provider. The subpoena can legally compel the site administrator to turn over any information they have on the user, such as:
• The IP addresses used to log in or post.
• The email address used during registration.
• Account creation logs.

Quote
1. Legal Subpoenas to the VPN Provider

• The Log Fallacy: Many VPNs market a strict "no-logs" policy, but in reality, many popular commercial VPN providers have co-operated with law enforcement or changed their terms to comply with court orders.
• Corporate Logs: If a judge serves a legal subpoena to a VPN provider operating in a cooperative jurisdiction, that provider can be legally compelled to log or turn over account data, connection timestamps, and payment records linking back to the user's true IP address.

2. Digital Fingerprinting and Logged-In Accounts

• Account Traps: The most common mistake users make is logging into a personal account (like Gmail, Google, or iCloud) while the VPN is active. The moment you do, that platform links your identity to the VPN's IP address. Tech companies comply with law enforcement data requests, providing a roadmap of every IP address that accessed a specific account.
• Browser Fingerprinting: Websites can track your unique system configuration, such as your screen size, operating system version, system language, installed fonts, and browser type. This builds a digital fingerprint that identifies your specific device across different sessions, even if your IP address is constantly rotating.

3. Traffic and Timing Correlation

• Time Stamping: If an investigator knows a defamatory post was published on HorsePlop at exactly 04:00:22 PM, they can check HorsePlop's server records to find the specific VPN IP address used.
• ISP Cross-Referencing: Armed with a subpoena, investigators can then approach major Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to find out which of their customers were transmitting encrypted data to that exact VPN server at that exact millisecond. Matching the timing on both ends of the tunnel effectively unmasks the user without even needing to crack the VPN's encryption.

4. Device Identifiers (GUIDs)

• Even if the IP address changes constantly, operating systems maintain hidden, unalterable background markers like a Global Device Identifier (GDI) or Machine GUID. High-level forensic teams (like the FBI) routinely solve complex cyber cases by tracking these hardware IDs rather than focusing on the masked IP address.
In short, a VPN only protects data in transit from casual prying eyes. It cannot protect a user against operational mistakes, device-level tracking, or the legal system.

I remember that night when he was supposed to go on with Mike. I was actually disappointed he didn't show. I thought that maybe he and Mike could settle their differences civilly. I did enjoy Lucpark when he was on with Mike. Rainy, who knows Lucpark personally said he was a good guy. So as you know I tuned in.

The whole thing was Rocky's idea to have him on.  Rocky's appearance prior to was very good, he's got great stories, talks clear and fast, excellent audio voice too.
