I know. I saw the ad and I was surprised-----even without the ad-----that Jim didn't pick up clients. Everyone in the business knew Siegel was getting out. It was huge news, again, just in the business. He announced and had his dispersal fairly quickly, which didn't really leave Jim a lot of time to drum up business. But I am surprised he didn't really get any. Guy has an excellent track record going way back. Other than a couple of years where he left the business, he's a lifer with an excellent track record.

You stupid motherfucker. If he wasn't John's brother, you never would have heard of him. Siegel spent a fucking fortune and nearly went belly up with this clown training his horses.

A proven high class trotting man. He did leave the business to open a pizza joint on the Jerzy shore.  The man can sling a pie and hang a trotter.

I don't know how good the pies were, but he can certainly get a trotter to go, and go well. LOL.

With a big win like this, his phone might ring and he could show up to Harrisburg with a budget, a new client or two, etc. With his track record he should be able to get more horses in the barn fairly easily. He was just a victim of bad timing with Siegel getting out very quickly.
