Was there a veterinarian at Yonkers that would tell trainers what races they were testing for soda the afternoon of the race? I heard rumors about this,, the trainer would load up on a box of soda and the horse would run off the screen. The vet,,, trainer and owner cashed in huge. Was there any truth to this?
The rest of the pigeons in the race had no idea!
