how ridiculous a 29.3 2nd quarter..how is that possible and the Burke decoy used to block the outer tier..this is kind of bullshit shouldnt be allowed.  Mellillo over Brandon Blvd. Next week we will see a more agressive steer by Dunn on Brandon.  Mamba empty again but finishes 5th to qualify and Beau Jangles is out.

Dexter deserves 2 demerits for that drive.  If he read the program carefully he would have seen that the Burke horse was going free-legged for the very first time in a PM race, and especially in a race that figured to go 2-3 seconds faster than he could pace, so tucking in behind that specific horse was both dangerous (he could have gone up in the air and wiped out Dexter) and bad strategy.  Then he compounded that by following the turkey's cover instead of pulling much earlier.  Just a terrible drive that looked like he hadn't even studied the program.

You are 100% correct, he went free-legged at Lexington in a conditioned race; in looking at the program, I just assumed they would have made him qualify for a 1st. time free-legged, and didn't bother to look at where it was from.

If Yannick cared about making the final he stays in- especially off that half with that horse - and sees what he can pick up in the lane.  That wasn’t the goal.

that was a gigantic mile by Gentlemans Club....another fresh horse who backed off the major races after limited success early similar to Diabolic Hill

Beau Jangles finished 5th so he can make the final but only 2 horses in the other 6 horse field..both longshots have a lower earnings than him

Redland Rocketman totally empty..supplement for nothing...they can only go so many big miles

Just watched the replay again...Gentleman's Club did go a big mile, but if Al Papi had gotten clearance I think he would have won. The final is so wide open. Will really depend upon the draw and trips.
