The BC Elims at Scioto

What a fucking joke. Didn't even handle 700K. Harness Racing is dead. If I was younger, I would take a shot with some T-Breds.

I came up with just shy of $700,000 by my math as well
Pathetic handle
Being trackside, there was no CAW in play either I don't think
That IS a good thing, but it greatly reduces handle.
Like you've always said Meadowlands gets to about 3 million handle per night
But almost half of that is CAW which is awful for the average better
Harness racing is dying for many reasons, no need to rehash that.
Lower pools is why I find myself betting tbreds way more now
Saratoga t-breds have over a million dollars in one  pick 5 pool on a regular Saturday card

How about Greg Luther and his Prolific Stable. Complete bust. This guy makes AMAC look good.

Knock on wood, the weather is slated to be great next week. Won't help the handle tremendously
but will certainly bolster the attendance, which wouldn't take much. In fairness,as you know all too
well JT, it was a cold blustery day/night yesterday around here. As you said, that 2yr old colt pace
is going to be a wing dinger. Both Blazin Lou and Starstruck Dreamer were 'OUSTANDING' but Shalom
will be better. Needed that start last night. Wrong Sounds Right and Lifetime Dreamer also look to
be horses that will be tough to beat.
Tonight: Obvious horses for me.
Race 5 #2 Emoticon Legacy: Seemed to love this track just recently.

Race7 #2 Big Ranger Back at home and gets Lasix back.

Race9 #5 Redland Rocket Man The Now horse. prepping for his big showdown with BB.

Race10 #3 The before mentioned Brandon Blvd. The class of the division all year.

Race11 #2 Ervin Hanover Looks to get back on track. Will be tough to beat from that post.
9/2 m/l is a joke

Good luck.

Breeders Crown held in late October in the north at a facility without a climate controlled grandstand. Very smart! Nobody in harness racing cares about the customer/fan.

The weather has been bad many times at the Breeders Crown.

Hey BT, thanks for the picks
Better card tonight
The attendance tonight will be bad also
Very cold, but dry at least
OSU plays Indiana today
CBJ plays tonight, that will be a sellout because they are playing the New York Rangers
Also Twenty One Pilots..a Columbus band is playing at the Horseshoe tonight
The hockey game and that concert = 80,000  people easily
Also yes the m/l on some of these are awful
Loua Dipa 7-1  ngc3

I am guessing because Big Ranger, an Ohio horse is in it
Little bit of hometown bias.
I should be the line maker ngc3
Lots of bad ones
Redman Rocket Man 7/2 ngc3
Ervin Hanover 9/2.. Likely favorite
Loua Dipa 7-1..probably favorite or 2nd choice
I think Big Ranger wins that race
Back on Lasix good post and home track advantage  just like BT said
His little sister won yesterday, tying her own track record

morning lines are a joke
most of us could care less
however whoever is making the morning line should at least look at the horses lines

Diabolic Hill finally delivers in a big race this year. Up the passing lane to knock off Apex. Definitely looks fresher than some of the others

wtf happened to Loua Dipa....burned out at 2 just like  Looksgoodinloulou ..why does Burke do that to his horses...2 straight races outside posts and showing zero. Also what happened to B Perfect BG..should have been fresh and last 2 have been awful and even Dexter jumped off for Hope Hill who looks like a monster all of a sudden

Loua Dipa and B perfect BG both cooked for the year
To many huge miles earlier this year
Lou Dipa should not have raced in the Adios
