I don't know if there was a bigger fan of BJ during his 2yo year than me. He may be 100%, but what does that mean? How good is he right now relative to the other top of the class colts? He's certainly not where he was last year relative to the rest of the crop. That's obvious. So even if he's 100%, I just don't know if it's good enough to be RRM right now, because based upon what I saw, that horse is in wicked form and still might be moving forward more. Looking forward to the race. I might reach in my pocket, LOL.

The Red Man did it again as BJ was the betting favorite!

RRM's double was twice as high as Beau Jangles, $10.60 vs $5.35

Those goofy Canadians bet with their hearts and not recent form.  RRM is in another league than BJ right now.

2.00 exacta paid 7.40! This race accentuated why BJ was undefeated last year racing the rest of this bunch weekly last year.

How much of their total handle actually comes from Canada, way under 50% if not more.

That is probably correct
But everyone was enamored with BJ because of his 2 year old campaign
Lots of betting for sentimental reasons, even with American dollars
Also the CAW factor
