Dave McNeight III was parked out by Denny but what happened on the track next was inexcusable. Dave put a wheel underneath Denny and his horse in the clubhouse turn intentionally. This move could have taken both horse and driver down and also the trailing field of horses and drivers. Dave McNeight III should be ruled off the rest of the meet and fined 5,000 dollars. The judges need to send a message that this type of behavior will not be tolerated.

Regardless of who people think are relevant in WNY Racing what's wrong is wrong and Dave McNeight was angry and made a very bad decision. His penalty should be noticeable and not your run of the mill penalty.

Ive known thousands of people over my years first in the auto parts business and now the last 20 years with horses The old man is by FAR one of  the worst human beings on the planet  Many yrs ago when I made a huge mistake and employed him for a while In the end Stiffed him on the last train bill I begged him to sue me so I could tell the court all about what an awful human being he is Does he still LIE about me paying his workmen's comp bill or  the judges were going to scratch all his  horse at BR Oh and btw the kid drove at the Meadows 1 winter He was 0-100 and counting

As far as pure talent goes I think Denny and Dave are similar. Dave was Dangerous, Denny wasn't, noone can argue that.
