Who does he use? I  want to claim a few at YR and will consider him to train but need to know what drivers are loyal to trainer Mike?

How many licensed trainers in good standing were denied racing for those state generated welfare funds? 60 mil a year, how long is that contract for again? How's the new casino coming along?
