You know I never served but my respect for our military is unwavering. My nephew Jake did 25 years in the Navy. And as i've always posted, I thank any and all people who served so this nation can be free. You can agree or disagree with me anytime you want. Whatever I "sprout" is just as "just" as what you "sprout". How you feel about me is irrelevant. You can love me or despise me. Neither matters to me. And the fact you've been on "Plop" 40 years or 40 hours makes no difference. You're a VET so you get my respect. As does Andrew and any other VET. dougie, thought hard about saying this, but mights well. think i read once you were in law enforcement. im sure there had to been a bad apple during your career. same in army, same everywhere. while i was in germany i once got attacked from behind with a knife to my throat, yes one of my own. and another time at a club a misunderstanding resulted in a fight which in the end neither one of us won. guess bottom line is humans are just that. some do things completely different than others. i have said this repeatedly, i respect law enforcement, our country, and POTUS regardless of who it may be. so when i constantly see trump attacked it has a trigger effect on me. i fight back. john frank is possibly a good dude, same as johnny, but when they start in it sets me off. with all this said i hope you understand where im coming from. i am sure both frank and ohnny will chime in. i dont 'banter' well. not my nature, not going to change. have yourself a good day. im off to the legion to set up the bell jar for tonight. later
