Top drivers are back, had some nice races last night, yet still fell far short of their $3m handle goal.

Are the cheap races causing the decline in handle?
Are there too many other venues for people to bet?
Is this handle now the norm?

At least 1/2 the races are with Freehold type horses. From mid-November until April it's even worse. Meadowlands has become Freehold north.
