Just watched the replay on xpressbet and at the 3:20 mark you see Cody bring his horse to the paddock and then get off the horse and go after someone.  If this is true Berry should be gone for a year.  I hope Cody beat his ass!

Right after Cody went over you quickly see 5 or 6 people from the paddock area follow quickly to intercede followed by several more, you then see Cody wanting to go back over but chances are he was held back and no punches were thrown.

     It definitely looks like Poliseno was ticked off and going after someone, but I didn’t see anything intentional here .   Five horses in close corners and when Berry went to hit his horse he might have brushed Poliseno.  BTW  a bunch of very slow horses
