NYC Carriage Horse Died From Owner/Driver NEGLIGENCE
« on: June 16, 2026, 10:30:48 AM »
Necropsy performed at Cornell revealed horse had large amounts of poisonous Japanese yew plant in his stomach. Who is responsible for a horse while in the park or on the streets in Manhattan? The driver. They are blaming Central Park Conservancy for planting them in 2012. I think most of us might agree, we don't let horses eat something dangerous or that we don't know what it is. Either he let him eat it or he wasn't paying attention. THE DRIVER/OWNER KILLED THIS HORSE. Game over.

Yeah, sure.

Your whole play, in fact your entire raison d'etre, has been abuse and overwork.

None of that happened. But you rushed Rushed RUSHED to post the Death Photo.

Didn't you.

Hours upon hours of Shopping Cart Videos...

How many minutes did you devote to convincing anyone that absolute responsibility extends to leaves on the ground?

 ngc3 ngc3

Now you proclaim there is an absolute responsibility on this.

If you had any integrity at all, you would have written your post here NOT as a new topic but on your original, incendiary thread.

And you want everyone to believe you when you say that over 30+ years as a groom and stall mucker you NEVER saw anything bad happen.

Get the fuck out.

You a Piece of Shit.

I do not recommend opening any Petrelli link.

He's raging with hate and jealousy now.

3 months to muck out a 6 stall barn and he calls himself a farm manager.

He personally doomed the Ryder bill.

Turns out toxicology report is that the horse ate Japanese Yew in the park, a plant that is highly toxic and died shortly thereafter. While the horse is not suppose to be allowed to eat plants in the park I would say this falls far short of negligence or intent.

I know this posted this before but you don't have a fern if you have a cat, it is toxic for them.  The park should not have planted something toxic to horses if they knew they were in the park. Likely they didn't know but it is hard to blame the carraige horse owner either.

He let the horse eat it. It's not about intent, it's about stupidity.

They planted it, he probably had no idea it was toxix. The conservatory planted a toxic plant for horses, they likely had no idea.  Sometimes things are just unfortunate and that's where this falls here.

It was a privilege being invited to speak at the steps of City Hall. While others have spent over 15 years typing lies and fantasies fueled by low self esteem to 50 other screen names on Horseplop. While I'm speaking on front of the most powerful news outlets in the world. You're clicking little emojis and having to explain why you say you owned horses when in fact the most you ever "rented" was 1/4200th of one.  ngc3
Turned one out here yesterday, still feels good behind a racehorse. And it's such a beautiful place on top of it. I keep this place immaculate.

I can't remember ever allowing a horse to eat a bush or seeing anyone do the same. Their shop steward said they can't control their horses all the time. That's the job. Those horses get zero time on grass 47 weeks a year, it's no shock he would grab anything green. Much less chow on a bush. And there's been no toxicology performed yet, they have to pay extra. The needles from the bush were still.stuffed in his mouth and stomach.

I am not changing your mind. But sometimes not everytime there is clear blame.  This is that case IMO and it doesn't fit your narrative or cause.
