 tmbz1

Absolutely  tmbz1

Dan Noble, take him and BJ to the SPA the t-breds can run the mile in 134, he'll do it in 132 and change  ngc3

Wrenn too, Gingras, so so many, super smart polished talented guys.

When JMac looked over last week and saw BB was going to pass BJ then he tried, I honestly think OOMM won by sheer luck then because that's what they wanted and expected - a BJ win.  Watch that replay.

I would go find Ron Pierce in the mountains of Montana and drag him out of retirement. And say. Mr. Pierce I need you to drive this horse.

Although I don't see them making a driver switch right now but if they did, the obvious choice would be Todd McCarthy since he drives Prince Hal Hanover for Doc Moore. A bigger question is, how many races does Beau Jangles have left outside of Canada this year, probably 5 at most. Would a top driver be willing to commit just for that? The other option could be, McClure continues to drive him up in Canada and Todd McCarthy in the USA.

Prince Hal, 6 races in 6 weeks.

With decision making like that.

I'd put JB on both horses.

PH while I thought the DQ was unfair in the M1Pace, TM drove him.

Maybe Doc needs to hang them up too.

yes beau jangles lost fair and square
not sure what mcclure did wrong or would do differently
he put bj on the lead in a 54.1 half
off that trip horse should have won if he was right or as good as supposed to be
sure they will likely change drivers just to make a change especially in the usa races

He says...

He don't want to fumble the ball.
He don't want to strike out.
Miss the goal.
Throw up a clunker.
Miss the putt.

What he actually says is he doesn't want to make a mistake and ruin BJ's legacy, and he said this after the BC and this year too.

He says it after a win.

The douche cannot win races directly before or after driving BJ, he's distracted and scared on steroids.

Bartlett will take 1-2 seconds off the horse merely being a better driver than that fool bobble, a better driver with confidence and talent, not a f'ing worry wart, then skies the limit.

You'll find out real quick the horse didn't peak out at 2.

Doc's decision making is impaired on both BJ, and Prince Hal.  PH's race schedule proves that, BJ folding up consecutively proves that - it's not f'ing working.

i will agree there has to be and will be a driver change
in many sports sometimes the coach has to be fired just to make a change and try something new
same here
i think everyone knew if bj lost bobby would be taken off, certainly for the usa races
owners have nothing to lose and everything to gain
not losing sight of a potential stallion deal down the road as well

#1  A driver change unlikely
#2  If a driver change would happen it would be for all his starts..not just in the states
You better believe JMAC will be coming to Hoosier Park in the near future for OOMM next sire stakes race there.. or at Meadowlands for the pace
#3  A better driver would absolutely reduce BJ's times. It is a great betting angle just like a positive trainer switch. Back in the day whenever David Miller was put on one at Scioto or Virgil Morgan Jr had just claimed one you could always knock a couple seconds off the horses previous times. It was free money.
#4 Some blame goes on the horse to. The others caught up and surpassed him as of now. He is still a phenomenal horse. His next start likely in 2 weeks at Mohawk in Ontario sire stakes gold series. Then the Pace IF he comes to the states for that

He definitely overraced Prince Hal Hanover last year and it showed because by the end of the year he was toast .

au Jangles still has easy money coming in the OSS races which Prince Hal Hanover didn't I expect we'll see him in the Meadowlands Pace Little Brown Jug, Beedsers Crown and a few other races outside of Canada because that's where the real money is at..

Hey I agree there should be a change, I just don't think there will be
Also blame on the horse he lost twice in a row on his home track
Now there is a natural overreaction to BJ losing..he only lost by 1 1/2 lengths total in both races, but if he can't win at Mohawk against the best what is he gonna do in the states. TBD. I suppose
I doubt any of the big 3 race in the Adios
If they all race in the Pace, and assuming they all make the final, racing in an Adios elim and final would be 4 straight weeks of racing..
And yes I would like to hit a monster pick 5 as well  ngc3
The one at Santa Anita yesterday was a heartbreaker.

I think the races you mentioned are probably the only races outside of Canada he enters.. That would be 6 starts assuming he makes the final in all 6.
Possibly Lexington after the LBJ
OOMM is not jug eligible Brandon Blvd and Beau Jangles are
He could supplement but doubtful
The Jenna's Beach Boy is at Hoosier the day after the LBJ

What is not being said is that the race was NOT a world record performance by any of these and the 1:48:1 time was matched by other horses last night. I do not believe there is a 1:46 type of superstar here but several really top colts in this division and Beau Jangles was an overhyped top notch horse but he is NOT an all-time champion like Niatross.  Beau stays on a 7/8 mile track and never ventures outside of his comfort zone, until the last 2 weeks. He raced well, just not good enough to beat the top 2, and Brandon Blvd was the best horse last night and he will beat these 2 going forward.
