We'll have to compare recipes, as 3 handicappers in this conversation love to helm the bbq, man the oven!

So far sounds like it's great to be a guest at y'alls!

So Good Luck Dougie at SA, same to JT at CD and B@A, and anything else you do and to everyone!

For me it's just the 3 harness tracks later.  Like JT, early day wake up at 530am, taking a friend for her left eye cataract surgery at 630am.

Early for me, not setting the alarm is preferable!  ;D

Scioto
12 - 4 / 1,2,3 / 1,2,3,5,6 / 1,2,3,5,6

Mohawk
4 - 8 / 3,8x
10 - 7

Hoosier
11 - 3 / 3,5x
15 - 2 / 5 / 6,9 / 6,9 / ALL & 2 / 5 / 6,9 / ALL / 6,9

Good luck JT! Bone-in Ribeyes are my favorite. On the grill, it's super tasty. When you get here one day, we'll all have lobster!

Good luck today my friend! I do love to BBQ . In Maine, it's not a long season for grilling, but we try to BBQ until the snow starts falling. LOL! Your always welcome to visit the Pine Tree State. You might even love lobster tales on the grill!

These Argentinean shrimp I've been buying for about a year are awesome.

They are the color of cooked shrimp, I buy only fish from the sea (not farm).  Also very forgiving, you can cook them any ol' way and they don't get hard or lose flavor.

As for the rest...sure I'd try you way of tails on the bbq.

I always, de-shell and then steam the tails.

The rib eye I prefer the roast to the steaks.

Clean, coat with olive oil (or butter) then season.  Sear for 20 min at 500 then drop down to 275.  Sometimes I'll poke deep holes in the roast and shove in garlic cloves.

I will have to try the roast techniques with the ribeyes
Mine on the grill smack it a little with a meat mallet ngc3
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, meat tenderizer, and lots of garlic butter
Cook on very low heat and marinate with butter while cooking.
Only should need flipped once, and then a very slight reseasoning.
My wife and I like ours medium well and you could still cut it with a fork ngc3

shout out
