Hurricane season, again. Already 90, oppressive real fee 100. This very well might be my last year of this nonsense. The only saving grace is we've been spared a major storm for almost 9 years. I don't know how you live in that heat during the summer months in southern Florida Snowbirding is my wife and I's plan after we retire.I dont mind a little bit of winter weather, and I enjoy the change of seasons, but 4 months of never seeing the the sun come out gets to be a little much Our plan is to leave after New Year's and come back to Ohio mid February. Some years Florida, others Arizona or SoCal..and a few in the Virgin Islands. My wife's cousin owns alot of rentals in St John.
