The biggest problem I have seen with President Trump is his ability to throw out numbers that in the end.....doesn't materialize. What he has to do is first achieve these numbers and then he can brag about the results. He spends so much time with "pie in the sky' promises like giving each American $2000 from the excess tariff money. Great "sound-bite". But it didn't happen. He does this quite often. If I was one of his advisors, not his "kiss-ass" cronies, I would tell him one thing. DONT TALK!!!!! JUST DO!!!!! THEN BRAG!!!!! Then he would tell me....."Dougie.....you're fired!" LOL!!!!!

Andrew, I'm not afraid to tell people I voted for President Trump. Do I like everything he says or does? Absolutely not. I am results oriented. Am I happy with the US Border geing closed? Yes. Am I happy he strongly supports law enforcement? Yes. Am I happy he is a strong supporter of Israel? Yes. Am I happy with the war with Iran? I hate war. But if his exit plan works and Iran is military degraded, then that is a good thing. I would much rather Iran just tell Israel...."You live your way, we'll live ours". But they are sworn to the destruction of Israel. Am I happy with the "heavy handed" way ICE did their "jobs"? Absolutely notI He would have garnered a lot of support if he just deported the criminals. But wrestling old ladies and grabbing young kids is not how this country should ever be. Am I happy with his cabinet? Absolutely not! A President doesn't need someone to"stroke his ego" by agreeing with everything he says. He'a already got the top job. So he should hire people not afraid to actually disagree with him. It would make him a better President. There are so many things I would tell him to change if I was a close advisor. I’ll pick 1 of your items to discuss further.  Hopefully, it won’t get derailed by the egos constantly clogging up the threads here.
I completely disagree with Trump sending Witkoff and Kushner as negotiators with Iran.  The leaders of Iran hate all Jews and Israel.  There is no way they would ever make a deal with these 2.  They would rather die than give in to anyone Jewish.  Sending Vance was a start, but Trump needs to pull anyone Jewish from the negotiating table.

Dingus, I agree 100%. While I respect Witkoff, he is not the man for the job. As for Kushner, I understand the President's reasoning for him. He was successful in the "Abraham Accords". He is well liked by the Saudi King, the Gulf states leaders, and Egypt and Turkey. But I too would have disqualified him from this assignment. The reason.....he has many business interests in the region. That fact alone makes the "fish stink". My auctual first choice for this assignment would have been a lifetime political operative. Like Condelezza Rice.
