Does anyone ship horses using a Ford F-150 Pick Up truck???

If so be sure to pay attention to the latent recall notice!!! It seems that some of these vehicles are down shifting to  2nd gear while traveling on the highway! Can't imagine cruising 65 + up and suddenly being thrusted forward from the rapid deceleration! This is not the kind of recall that you delay getting repaired until you find the time imo. Safe travels to all✌️

Not if you're shipping more than one lol. One can get by with a 250 shipping local-ish. But a 350 or Dodge 3500 is a lot nicer. I sometimes even forget I have a trailer behind me pulling a loaded 6 horse with a 3500.

Now beware of the 3500 diesel GMC. If you get stuck in traffic and it goes into regen mode it could set your trailer on fire. Just saw one with 5k miles on it that was idle at grocery store and back bumper is completely melted. Fortunately they didn’t have a trailer on
