I wish south Florida had basements, rare, almost impossible to find.

My first apartment was a basement.

$500 a month, worked, went to college, booze, drugs, gambling...and lot's of teenage sex, I was 17.

Basements are isolated, naturally cool, typically need a dehumidifier, other than that, my favorite place to live and work and I haven't done it in 40 years.

There's a half dozen guys here that know me, and everyone has already heard me, 3 of those dudes I spoke with today.
