Don’t many businesses need loss leaders?

Milk in the grocery store?
Gasoline at the pumps?  Don’t some gas stations sell their product a little cheaper than their competitor hoping you need something inside the store:  beer, soda, water, cigarettes, etc.?

vegas was the best, lets say up until 2000
cheap rooms, cheap good, free drink's, sports gambling you could not get elsewhere, nice weather, women etc
than the big corporations came in and ruined it
its been about 10 years since i have been

There is no way that Canadians were 30% of Vegas tourists. Perhaps 3%.
