Trigger. You are brilliant. How did you know Cullen and McNair were going to be emptier than my gas tank? Especially McNair. His daddy’s horse looked like he broke down. Almost caused an accident. The horse looked awful in the post parade.

No big whoop.

1,2,5 ran good even while all three were interfered and or affected while still miss winning the race by 1-1.5 lengths.  Least amount I wagered today on a race and I wagered on four, all my tickets posted in the forum, and today was a wiener.  I threw $306 of the winnings on all the KY future pools today too:

Handle ($)    % of Total    Payout ($)    Win/Loss ($)    Win/Loss %
223.40             100.00%    854.07                630.67    282.31%

They never said a word about it on the simulcast. They have two people yapping about picks all night and they can't inform the public that Taurasi died on the track? We're all big people.

Oh fucking shit, you know someone in that room said that's what Standardbred Canada is for, the intellectuals that read.

Our show hosted by dummies for dummies with the occasional light bulb.

What about after a goofball race, what do you hear, crickets!

Does anybody in any industry report the actual goings on of anything ??

It's either fake news (lies) or non-existent reporting of facts.

It was a brutal winter. I was bored and had fun. Probably bet more the last three months than all of last year. Likely be going back to semi-retired from betting.

Me too  ngc3

I bet 4 races today and less than 1/3rd of my budget!  tmbz1

Semi-retire a vacation at least in Florida and come visit - no live harness racing, but 2 decent t-bred tracks and tiki bars at night with chix!  ;D

I think another horse might have keeled over on the track now in the final race. Respect Our Flag lagged the gate and all the horses went back into the paddock. Now they are headed back onto the track.

WOW...that's sad. He had looked lame for a while.
RIP
Thats awful news. He has been lame for a while. But tonight in the post parade was the worst I’ve ever seen him. He was borderline crippled. He should have been scratched. May he rest in peace.

They have to drain every last dime out of those animals. McNairs must be hurting for money. That gelding has been lame for weeks.

So sad, a great champion.  Horse won 30 / 90 races, almost 2/3'rds in the money, just shy of a $1mil...raced his lunges out for humans.  You know if he did this not as a gelding this likely never happens and would of been a sire, maybe his career never happens if he doesn't become a gelding, but nonetheless a beautiful living creature!  RIP Taurasi

well said tmbz1 tmbz1 tmbz1

the horse was a warrior that raced at the top level--and performed admirably

his 9 race win streak in 2024 and his win streak last winter was very impressive

Taurasi had guts--very sad

he hadn't looked sound in over a month

RIP
