I mean I can hardly blame them. all this state money has to go somewhere. why not in their pockets. until someone stops them, they will keep sending their horses to the high percentage trainers (in my opinion use chemicals)

if you own horses and are in it to make money you would be dumb not to use these doper trainers. they get the best drivers on the regular. probably favors in the race office. and lots of state funded purse checks.  it's a no brainer.
