When the meaningful NBA games are close and timeouts are gone, I purpose that INTENIONAL FOULS to stop the clock, should be a penalty in which the FIRST FOUL SHOT WILL HAVE A TWO POINT VALUE. THEREFORE 2 FOULS SHOTS MADE WILL GENERATE 3 TOTAL POINTS IF both shots are made!;What say yall??!!
