How does it work when 1 second allowance ? Do they give that second to any 1/4 or divide it up. Looks like drivers were taking turns goingslow quarters. 6 races showed 5 drivers going quarters slower than 30 seconds. Holland with one in 31.2 might have rung the bell ?
