Winner take all  ngc3

At least don't payout placings that a gambler cannot win too because there is no bet type like that offered, so for example if there is a super but no Hi5 that race don't pay out for 5th+ finishers, just 4th and better of course.

If the cheaters were getting beaten and murdered, an example set....a racing vigilante.  The bullshit would stop.  Shit if OC wasn't getting their taste and they were in on it, there'd be holes filled with horseman all over NA...but this is ticy tac compared to there other biz dealing, construction unions, drugs, major sports betting ngc3

This other tic tac bs don't work, racing democracy, laws, which, only that apply to us not them.

Investigations, criminal prosecutions, and convictions, jail and fines didn't work, no deterrent.

These are uneducated scum cheat, don't get caught no suspension, no jail, race clean go broke, no racing, no other skills be broke....duuuuh!

Force, motherfuckers!  ;D

If you took racetrack management and made them the head of a bingo hall the first thing they would do is get rid of the free in the middle of the card and try to figure out how to make money from that spot,       One thing they are very good at and nothing could be more important is getting rid of show bets when there is a heavy chalk in a small fields and they do discuss this for hours,    30 years ago i was in Arizona and at the dog track all racetracks across north America were represented and they had a special guest who was super bright and everything he had to say was perfect but when he got up to speak i saw 40 percent of people there who had no clue who he was stand up and take a break and when someone came up and said another great year and real good work by all he got huge cheers and at the end of the meeting with no new ideas i saw everyone walk out with a smile and only one guy from NYRA brought up dangers coming in racing and i made it my point to ask him how was the meeting for you and i hope you know that no person after you followed  up with one concern and he told me that its getting to be tiring and he was miles the youngest guy there,    ALSO we need more trump topics because the true stars being the horsemen chime in and tell us about the well done job as they expertise in the ways of the world,
