So, what's the deal with the so called "recapture" funds? Is that still on the table? If so, does the track get to keep it period, or do they have to meet certain conditions?
Recapture is paid in installments not all in one shot and it’s for the previous year racing.

Thanks. So is the current status known? Is it known if they are they obligated to pay it out, period. Or do they only have to pay it out under certain conditions? I wonder if that money is subject to the claims of creditors.

Friday and Sunday, huge snowstorms...temp on Sat & Sun will be way below zero with the wind chill...if racing even happens, and that excites you - congratulations.

How can you be to be part of and surrounded by states that have a population of over 50 million, mostly urban, non including bordering Canada and be down to this.

Illinois / Michigan, and Ohio is eating your lunch?

You have nothing to celebrate and those that want to tape this raggedy tragedy piece of shit back together with the same old fucking assholes in charge instead of formulating and executing a BigM type plan, a huge hub for racing, casino, entertainment, sports...are nothing short of beggars.

Nothing short, and scared to your wits.

I won't embarrass you with the truth any further, you're doing fine on your own.

Get glasses!!!!
Where the fuck do you see 3000 purses?????
And if you don’t like Illinois racing do race here!!!!
Some people just like racing in their home state.
You keep going on about Illinois and Indiana all the fucking time about this and that.
maybe Gino you wouldn't be such a cuckhold for Tim Carey and the IRB if you hadn't been a snitch on horsemen for decades? Nobody likes a kissass tattletale guy who never had a decent horse his whole life.
It's nobody's fault but your own that Lucpark can buy and sell you like a watermelon candy.

How many times do you visit Langleys grave and  11.wj on his headstone ? Mike Arnold was always right about you!
well, it's game over here at Maywood. thanks johnny Johnston for giving us fans the shaft!
