Why would a driver be forced to race out of detention ??

Quote
Copilot Yes — Dan Noble (along with his wife, Christi Noble) was required to race out of detention at Scioto Downs during the meet. According to reports, the duo “had been mandated to race out of publicly‑notified detention barns at times throughout the meet”. That restriction applied to their horses during the racing season at Scioto Downs. [harnessrac...update.com]

Then why is he banned at Scioto and Dayton? Why was he forced to race out of detention during the season then not required to race out of detention the last night?

Why is he winning at a high rate with of trainers horses than his wife’s.  Everyone knows why he is banned at the other tracks.

Why?  Also, how come other people that have high success rates are always called cheater here? Looks hypocritical.

Danny is one of the best in Ohio period. Now with that said the driving colony at northfield is alot weaker than scioto.. miami.. dayton.. he's a big time power driver and hes driving some serious power.  He always did well at scioto etc so I'm not sure why the surprise he would dominate a weaker colony like northfield

May be a decent driver. But his stats look an awful like a Rhodes replacement. No one with that UDRS is playing my the rules.  No one.

He was tossed for the way his "wife's " stable was running off the screen. No legit proof of anything just accusations and assumptions.

  • dougie: IIB, I think the mayor will sign the bill if it reaches his desk. The optics on this issue is bad for the horse carriage industry. Animal activists are adept to using the media to enlist horror and anger by the public.

  • Ignorance Is Bliss: It's now a bill with city council. Public hearings will be scheduled then the council votes on it. If passed it's sent to the Mayor to sign into law. He has already said he's in. Marte just took over, Bob Holden is the actual author of the bill who retired last year.

  • dougie: IIB, I have been reading some of the work Councilman Marte has been doing on this issue. I think he might be successful with passing the 'Ryders Law" Bill this time around. The image of the horse dead on the street has even been seen here everywhere. If the animal activists can get this on the ballot, who knows how the vote will go.
